Annotate From Spreadsheet

This module annotates members of a dataset with textual annotations.

Parameters

• Dataset: the dataset containing the files to be annotated
• Spreadsheet: the spreadsheet containing the annotations. Can be either a .csv or .xlsx. There must be a column named "filename" which contains the name of corresponding file in the dataset to be annotated. The other columns correspond to the other annotations and their corresponding values.
